Survey Live: 5th Annual CT Exit Planning Survey

For the last five years our firm has partnered with Marcum and Zangari Cohn Cuthbertson Duhl & Grello P.C. to conduct the CT Business Owner Exit Planning Survey. This year’s survey is of particular importance to gage the impact the pandemic has had on local business owners. While 2019 was a year of record breaking highs in the transaction market, the pandemic took a heavy toll, particularly in the second quarter. However, third quarter national statistics have indicated a strong rebound of the market but with shifted buyer and seller market sentiments.
